Description
Yuri’s Italian Grammar – Basic to Intermediate
The Italian card has 35 independent tables, and just as the rest of the cards, it contains word classes such as pronouns, possessives, prepositions, adjectives, articles, etc. It also contains the endings that the verbs need when you conjugate them presente, passato prossimo, imperfetto, condizionale and futuro. In addition to these tables, the card also displays charts with common regular and irregular verbs and useful vocabulary
Some of the grammar charts included in the card for the basic to intermediate level:
- Definite and indefinite articles
- Personal pronouns
- Wh-Questions
- Possessives
- Adjectives
- Reflexive pronouns and verbs
- Frequency adverbs
- Verb tenses (present, past, imperfect, present progressive, future, conditional)
- List of common regular and irregular verbs
- Demonstratives
- Direct and indirect object
- Negative
- Keywords
- Time expressions
- Prepositional articles
The tables display all the foundation grammar that you need to know when studying Italian as a second language from basic up to an intermediate level.
The charts are displayed in a set of colours to help you easily identify the word you need. The colours yellow, purple and green display the different persons or pronouns io ,tu, lui, lei, , noi, voi, y loro. So, when you see these colours in any of the charts, you will know which person it corresponds to.
The tables are independent from each other so you can focus on the chart related to the topic that you are studying in class.
The cards are a quick and handy reference guide to keep by your side when in class or for independent studying. They are great for studying, for reference and for practising.
They are convenient because they don’t contain all the explanations that you have already been given by your teacher, or that are included in your book. They contain the elements that you need to put into practice.
If you are an Irish student studying for your exams, this card is suitable for Junior Cert and Leaving Certificate.
